GALKCRST is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. If the package goes missing, GALKCRST may choose to open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party. - How can I make returns or exchanges?
At GALKCRST, we offer 30 days warranty for refunds or exchange. For product warranty, please contact us promptly and provide us with pictures of the broken product and the order number of that product for our confirmation. And items must be returned in its original jewelry box.
Please note the following will not be returned or exchanged free of charge:
1. Damage caused by the buyer.
2.Out of our warranty period.
